I think it's really cool to see the guy with an erection so at ease around another guy. The guy recording the weigh-in doesn't seem to upset about it either. Why? Because we're all guys, and we all know that erections happen at inopportune times for a myriad of reasons (not always sexual). I wish the younger generation would get this through their head. There is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about being nude or getting an erection in front of another guy.

Even if it is, it does illustrate that erections happen at inopportune times and it's not a big deal. I remember seeing a guy with a boner in the open shower at my university gym. He wasn't doing anything to encourage it, it just happened. I'm not talking about a bit of a chub. I'm talking about a full out raging hard on. It was cool with me though. Being a guy and having one of those between my legs (like all guys whether they want to admit it or not), I know that erections happen when you don't want them to. Why young guys are a ashamed to admit they have a penis, and are ashamed of the natural function of their penis is beyond me.

I think i have read a news story about them, where the coach found out that many of the athletes had been filmed but didn't inform the authorities because he didn't want to young men to be embarrassed or humiliated.

I didn't feel so comfortable nude when I was young.

When I was 15, in physical education we were lined up nude waiting for the teacher to come and distribute the towels. I got an erection for which I was strongly teased. There was no way to hide it and I was very embarrassed. No doubt I could have handled it better, perhaps by telling them that they were just jealous, but at that age I just couldn't. Even now I'd be very uncomfortable if I got an erecting in a gym shower.
