As long as this thread has been resurrected from the catacombs of time I'll relate my experiences. I've gone to nude beaches since 1977. Nude beaches are good places to observe all kinds of human behavior, one of those being the range of reactions of both sexes to penis size. On the beach flaccid penis sizes can range from nothing visible to about seven inches. The bulk of the area inside the bell curve is probably predominantly 3's and 4's. The tail of the left side of the bell curve runs from nothing visible and buttons through the one's and two's while the tail on the right side of the bell curve runs from the 5's and 6's with 7's way out on the very tail. Now, I'm talking my beach observations, empirical only. However, I spent my career in the biological and physical sciences so at least I can proclaim a degree experience when it comes to observation and objectivity.

Now as for the reactions. No one gets any attention based on flaccid penis size alone till about six inches. Very good looking guys with an average 3 or 4" will get attention from both gays and girls because of their looks alone.
