I was in a sauna in an upscale hotel in Boston. One of the attendants came into the sauna in a suit just to check on things; I was naked of course. I felt uncomfortable for a moment. I think that as long as everyone has the same general level of clothing, everyone is comfortable regardless of what they are (or aren't) wearing.
