I don't mind being nude if the doctor requests but I did have a really awkward experience once with a doctor that insisted on doing a prostate exam and had me pull my pants down to my ankles and bend over the bench in the room. No problem except he seemed to take very long with his notes and preparing his gloved finger as I was bent over the bench. After a while I felt his cold lubed fingers spreading my cheeks apart and him fingering around the outside sphincter before he inserting the finger and then he moved his finger around inside a few times before removing. Finally the doctor sits down behind me and I'm still bent across the bench/bed as he takes notes. Seems like I was in this bent over position for a few minutes before the doctor told me that everything was fine and that I could pull my underwear and pants back up.

Sounds normal. It's a bit slow as imagine a fast rectal. The paperwork before and after are clinical and many tests have this. A doctor who takes no notes or fills no forms is suspect. Keep in mind he wasn't looking forward to this at all. You are vulnerable in this position so are most of us. It is stressful and we want it over.

He has to record the data from the palpation and allow recover. As a physician he has the authority over all these procedures as described and I can't see where there is any case for alarm.

There is nothing like finding a cute female doctor and inventing an issuee to show her my junk
Yes I am a DOM.

That's not Dom behaviour. A true dominant only asserts it when necessary in wider society and only in private with subs who have consented. What you are in fact describing is immature, foolish and completely shameful behaviour. A woman who is a MD is your superior in a clinical setting. Deal with it. If you think otherwise, look for your name on the duty roster above hers. If it's not there you have your answer.

As to making an appointment with a professional when you know you don't have an illness, as an excuse to expose yourself, there is nothing dominant about it. It's sub deception and ethically bankrupt. Lies to the intake. Lies to the doctor. Hey my penis I made you look at it but I'm just owing you because woman doctor.

I can't fathom what pleasure you get here but its common flasher behaviour. Thing is they know dude. I'd flag you in my entire professional network as a sex offender who made false statements to see a doctor for purposes of exposure. Good luck finding a specialist after that.

Seeing that my regular medical practice had a new young female Asian doctor on staff..
I asked to see her.. the excuse that my regular doc was so busy.. then I would take the new doc.

I had what looked like a bruise on the underside of the head of my penis.. and pretended that it
was a worry to me.

So she took me to her gurney and asked me to lie down. I said that I preferred to stand as it was easier
to show her my "problem".. leaned back against the gurney, as she pulled up her chair real close, and
dropped my jeans and underwear, to show her the spot on my cock. Previously, she had gone to the door and
locked it. Very considerate of her.
After twisting and turning my cock head so she could look at the spot, she pronounced that is was just
'discoloration'.. and no problem. As she started over to unlock the door, I gave her a story about a friend
who recently was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and had told me that I "must" be checked for it.
I said that I did not think I had any lumps but that I was not sure what I was supposed to be looking for, and could she tell me what to do.

She came back to sit on the chair, then very gently took my balls in her soft small hands and rolled them through her
fingers. I was willing myself to get hard, but it wasn't working. Finally, she took my hand, and placed it on one
of my nuts, and told me..'this is the epididymis'.. then showed me where it was on the other nut. 'This is natural, it is not a lump'
All in all, she seemed quite interested to do the examination, and did not rush it at all.

The whole purpose of the visit was see if I could get a cute doctor to feel my junk. The disappointing thing was that I
wanted to be at least half erect to show her that I had a decent cock.

Another time, I was visiting Thailand, had been having very heavy sex sessions with a marvelous lady, and had
minutely torn the skin near the head of my dick, which stopped all penetrative sex right there.
The next day, she took me to a university hospital to have it looked at.
First I saw a regular GP at the clinic. After describing my condition, he asked me if I had a photograph of the
area. Baffled, I said no, but that I would show him. Apparently in Thailand people take pictures of those areas
to show to the doc, if they are shy. I wasn't.

He gave me some cream and sent me away.

My lady was not happyt that I would not be able to perform for some time, and she had me go back, this time
to see a skin specialist at the same hospital.

This time the specialist had 6 young student doctors in his room. I explained that a few years ago I had suffered from
phimosis, and had to have a dorsal slit, a cut along the top of the foreskin to allow retraction,
and that the scar would sometimes tear during sex. Again the doc asked if I had any pictures., and asked the students to leave.
I of course said that I would let him see the tear, and that the students did not have to leave.
He was delighted and then gathered all the students close so they could learn something.

Again, I regretted that I had not popped a pill that morning, as it would have been nice to give the young
females in the group a chance to see a western cock.

Years ago, I went to a skin cancer clinic, as I always tanned nude, and was developing a few spots.
The doc was a lady in her 40's, quite attractive, and while I kept my bikini briefs on.. I did enjoy her hands roving all
over me looking for melanomas.

Thinking about this..last year I went back to the same clinic, hoping to get the same doc..
and this time, going commando.
The doc was Chinese, from the mainland, and when she told me to strip off and get on the table, she
explicitly told me to keep my underwear on. When I told her that I was not wearing underwear..
she almost refused to examine me. "I do not do genitals" she exclaimed. " If you want that sort of
examination, I will book you with a male doctor."
Damn. foiled again.
God sexual harassment racism colonialism sexism and completely immature nonsense. You're a crappy sex offender who uses deception to avoid detection. There is nothing cool or fun about this story. But it must be sad to have to fool hard working women into touching you. Guess none do it otherwise.

The doctors are taught patients prefer hyper modesty. Probably right for many. I am in the group that would feel less awkward (a) not in the ridiculous gown thing abd (b) not taking stuff off as we go along. Sitting on the exam table naked from the beginning would be way more comfortable than making a big deal out of the progression of the process. With the gown the doc is reaching under the drape and adjusting it to do his thing. That feels like he is undressing you or messing with your clothes; it is emasculating or babying somehow. Hard to express.

That said I assume far more people, dudes included, probably prefer the new modesty sensitivity.
I recently saw my female doc for a small scaly patch on my right buttock. The nurse brought in a carefully folded bundle. I asked what it was, and she said it was a "cover". Doc came in, I dropped trou, she looked and declared it saddle sore! No "cover" needed!

There is such a widespread history of cancer on both sides of my family. Every year, I get a PSA and DRE. My urologist has said that my PSA numbers are so low if it weren't for family history, he'd swear I'd never get it. Get checked guys. Bring a travel pack of disposable wipes to clean your butt. Then, you won't go around feeling gross. You can get on with your day.

Don't think a whole "pack of disposable wipes" are necessary ... my Dr. usually hands me one wipe and disposes it along with his latex glove ... never feel gross ... just confused initially:confused:

I went to the same doctor for about 20 years and I always just did what I did , strip naked and sit on the exam table. The nurse once asked me if I wanted a gown but I said I was fine. The doctor finally retired and my new doctors require I wear a gown or my underwear.

It seems that many women now find the male body to be offensive. Our former vice-president, Joe Biden, swims naked in his own swimming pool. According to what I've read, the female secret security agents have found that to be very offensive. There is something very seriously wrong with current U.S. attitudes towards nude bodies.

I was surprised at this and a bit disappointed in Biden if that is true. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with nude swimming, but this shows a lack of courtesy and consideration. I don't think it is the naked body that is offensive, what would offend me is ignoring the secret service presence and the individual's feelings and not recognizing the possibility of creating an uncomfortable situation. I'd feel the same if I were the secret service agent having to stand there pretending to be invisible. The secret service are doing a job, and if you become VP you have to accept that your freedoms and privacy are curtailed. It wouldn't have taken much to slip on a pair of swimming shorts.

Judging from some of the pics of ol' Joe and women that have showed up, I'd say he has interests beyond just swimming naked in front of female secret service agents. He's a creepy old bastard.

I have a question for you then. My last half-dozen "physicals" haven't been nearly as in-depth as they were a decade or so ago. Most of the exam is reviewing test results and going over lifestyle, etc. On the computer. It takes a half-hour or so. Yesterday was my first physical with a new doctor's office. As with my previous practice it was conducted by a female nurse practitioner. I've got no problems with this, they're medical professionals.

One of the reasons I changed practices is that I have a number of issues related to my lower left side and groin - a varicocele, as well as scar tissue from a number of surgeries including three hernias and a kidney operation which left scar tissue causing other problems later.

So, obviously I'm not very shy when it comes to being in front of medical personnel. But neither of the two nurse practitioners did much more than inquire about the problems, with no physical examination of the genitals or pubic region. The only reason I even dropped the underwear was for the prostate check, and not even that with my previous practitioner.

Are genital checks becoming a thing of the past? Or should I look around for a male nurse practitioner/PA for the exam? I'm not looking for anything exciting, but given my history I'd have assumed at least a hernia check would have been warranted.

I'm curious if, as a nurse, you can shed some light of this apparent shyness amongst nurses.

@RamblingCock I have found physicals to have changed in much the same way you mention. I'm in my mid 50s and have been struck by the changing nature of physicals. My great internist 15 years ago checked reflexes, for hernias, prostate exam, general muscle strength and also took plenty of time to ask about lifestyle. He went into "concierge" practice (far outside my budget) and my next doc was not so great.

A year ago I found a great new doctor -- she was filling in for my regular doc and led to me switching. She is smart, caring and a good listener. She does not do any physical examinations other than listening to my heart/lungs and taking vitals, but she is very easy to talk to and has figured out some complex medical issues i was dealing with.

If I had any issues that I needed to have checked out, I would have no hesitation talking to her about them and know she would handle everything professionally so I'm fine with having less of a physical workup. I don't think it has anything to do with shyness.

I hope you have a good doctor with whom you can be open and could ask the questions you are asking here.

I recently had to change doctors due to things getting missed. All I care about is them being thorough. I want to respect them and their time. My last "yearly preventative visit" basically consisted of a head to abdomen limited exam and the typical screening questions. That seems to be now dictated by managed care.

In school health/sex ed was: 'Just wait until marriage' and lasted maybe 30 minutes. We learned nothing about TSE's.

Maybe the new doctor will do a head to toe exam. I wouldn't mind paying for it if necessary. Never had a primary care MD one do a skin exam and I'm way overdue for one now that I see the other posts.

Not trying to be critical at all. You guys are under so much pressure time wise.

Funny, I just finished a preventive visit with a healthy 20 year old. For examination, I listened to his heart and lungs (no value frankly, they haven't changed since I saw him a year ago), did testicular exam and taught him again how to do (though I know he won't likely do), and a full body skin exam. Talked about alcohol, sex (and consent), seat belts, etc. The visit took less than an hour but I think we covered the waterfront thoroughly. Most important is the counseling, not the lung examination.

Did you have him get completely naked for the testicular exam?

Not necessary to do testicular examination but cannot do thorough skin examination thru clothes.

I have gone to the same male Doctor as my primary physician for the past 10 years. He is very patient, very thorough and a great listener. He requires total nudity for all complete physical examinations (performed annually). The the nurse checks my vitals and hands me a gown as she leaves the room, I strip nude and sit on the exam table while waiting for the Doctor to enter (never using the gown). He performs the complete head to toe exam, taking his time, thoroughly checking everything asking questions along the way. Other visits to his office do not usually require nudity but I strip down anyway and sit on the table (after the nurse leaves/before the Doctor enters the exam room) just in case he needs to check anything and I always remain nude the entire time he is in the room. He has never said a word nor seemed uncomfortable with my nudity as I'm sure he sees countless nude bodies of all shapes, sizes and colors on a regular basis. This has become such a routine that I cannot imagine a visit to my primary physician without being nude.
