Nyc in the states during the summer is one of the best places to be. Simply because you will find a lot of guys either freeballing or bulging. Between Midtown and Chelsea, you will def see it. I stay on alert all year around, but guys tend freeball more during the summer. And I'm guessing from the heat guys tend to touch themselves more to adjust or whatever reason, but it's freaking hot.
