Your problem is with the fact that Obama's eligibility challenge in court has moved forward. The quote I posted was simply cited.

I never claimed Political Forum was a news source...it is a forum. Different websites, blogs and forums post news and information.

I cited a news source WND. Just because it doesn't meet your standards does not invalidate the information. Just because someone doesn't like FOX News, or a forum or even a blog does not invalidate the information.

I posted the quote because it provided the statements made by the Judge in the case and pertinent information on his legal understanding on the motion to dismiss.

Yesterday Judge Carter ordered a Motion for Rogatory Discovery to be heard in the case. Obama's lawyer's responded immediately yesterday by filing an Ex Parte Application for a Limited Stay of Discovery to halt any immediate discovery of Obama's records until the Judge can rule on the Motion to Dismiss scheduled for Oct. 5th.

The question is...if every document purported to be an Obama Birth Certificate submitted by Taitz is a forgery why all the fight to prevent discovery of that fact?
