1) The case has been thrown out on grounds other than standing in multiple jurisdictions including the USSC.

As previously stated, there are several challenges still in court and others pending.

2) Obama wasn't threatening a filibuster, nor did he use a filibuster. Filibustering is a method of obstructing legislation, not passing it. Perhaps you should look up the words you use prior to attempting to speak for everyone.

Obama uses a tactic when being interviewed or in a question and answer setting to filibuster -speak on and on until he wears the listener out. Obama attempts to accomplish two things: to receive fewer questions, and to prevent the interviewer or questioner from pinning him to the actual question with follow up questions. That's what was meant by Obama filibusters. It is Obama's obstruction tactic which only demonstrates he is full of it...and more and more people are pointing it out as ineffective and completely off topic, including the Washington Post.
