I guess they are but of course there’s still an enormous imbalance. Anyone, men, women or whatever, can objectify me and I won’t be mad!

I don't know overall, it's hard to answer that in this climate where it's more fluid in the entertainment sense. Girls/girls, guys/guys, trans/trans, queers/queers, bi/bi, polyamorous (I'm sorry for those I left out, you too). Like there's sexualities finally being reflected in TV and films that never were a thing before and were very discreet if they were. So, it's hard to say, in that sense.

In society, I suppose it depends where you look. Personally, I get hit up and objectified every other day. It's been a little more polite lately, but the ones that objectify me stand out. I don't know if it's their fault, like they might not have ever felt they could express themselves that way until now. Some want to be bold and free and don't know how to reflect it without objectifying. And then there's those that see someone that looks a certain way and a "certain" thing is expected because they played out this visual as a fantasy in their mind. I also think it's being done more in a systemized kind of way, just like the Saint Laurent ad above.

So, yeah.

I think it depends on what you mean by "objectified". Sexually, sure Ive noticed a pendulum swing wherein women are taking further liberties(that they dont necessarily appreciate when its done to them) in their sexual gaze, comments, and uninvited physical contact with men.
In general though, i think the objectification of men as a means to an end(income and other financial support, housing, security) is so hardwired into common women's behavior that it often overrides actual physical or emotional attraction

Perfect examples would be Micheal B. Jordan and Henry Cavill, specifically during their press runs for Black Panther and The Witcher.
If i were to write a screenplay consisting of the exact transcripts of these runs both in action and in words but simply gender swapped the subjects(lots of male correspondents interacting with a Michelle B. Jordan and a Henrietta Cavill) I'd be labeled the next Weinstein or Woody Allen somewhere between casting and final rehersal.
As someone alluded to earlier, for better and for worse we as men tend to take such things in stride and so nothing really gets done about the egregious objectifications we face, yet there still seems to be some mystery as to why we tend to be so comfortable on average in projecting said objectification unto others, specifically women.
I think as such objectification exists in this weird little space much like physical violence where even as much as made about the right and wrong of the action itself, it becomes painfully clear it's not a referendum on actions but of consequences.
