Astroturf, not really. Unguided, clueless people, sure.

OWS is way too ad hoc and anarchic to be astroturfed. They still don't have a single coherent message or spokesperson to relay anything more specific than "We Are The 99%". That's in sharp contrast to Teabaggery, which from the onset had the stench of Dick Armey (and lots of cash) about it.

But honestly: this makes three threads here about OWS, yet there's nothing about Mitt Romney. I find that rather odd, personally.
