OK, I really want to understand this POV better. Probably warrants a new topic, however it came up here.
There seems, over the last several years, what I would call a backlash not only against the practice of circumcision, but against the guys who *are* circumcised. And comments like this are not uncommon on a lot of the boards I visit. As if they had a choice. 99.99% of them didn't, you know.
These comments are extremely offensive. Why am I a second-class person simply because I've been cut? And don't give me the "de-sensitization" or child abuse angles, because that would warrant pity, not the hostility demonstrated in these types of comments.
There's another board where they were actually arguing about the cut/uncut status of some singer, and most of the comments were indignantly, "He can't be cut, he's from Scotland." What the hell? Those types of posts tell me that somehow a man is no longer worthy of any attention if he's cut. And it seems as though no one can actually be rational about this subject.
So please, would someone explain this to me? Why do uncut guys bash thos of us who are cut?

I was cut, they removed an important part of my anatomy, and no one asked my permission :angry: HOWEVER, I personally have never felt I have been bashed or treated differently for being cut, but I am a really old fuck and growing up, cut cocks were the majority. Do I wish I still had all the parts I was born with, sure, but it doesn't rule my life. For reasons other than deep religious belief or for health reasons I think the skins should be left intact and if the boy/man wishes, can then make an informed decision about having it removed later in life. But the procedure itself put aside, uncut guys act like anyone who is cut is somehow part of the problem. That's my ire.

Personally, I just feel that it's quackery; they're always finding new things that circumcision supposedly "cures" but those claims somehow always vanish into the night in a laboratory setting.

I have a penis like that; my hypospadias is mild, and I would like to correct the misinformation about kids. I have two children. Hypospadias or how far you can make semen go have nothing to do with fertility. Doctors do not perform surgery to make men fertile, the aim of surgery is to allow the person to urinate while standing and to correct bending of the penis.
