Actually I think Republicans are complaining Joe Biden is being "divisive" by "governing" period; as they no longer understand the concept of governance.

The fact he is a "Democrat" is just confusing to them now because they are not even legitimate Republicans anymore and are just an inbred white collar crime family that happens to be trying to figure out the new pecking order now that the cult element within their hierarchy has been deposed. This why when he makes them angry he they call him "liberal" and when they are really, really, really angry they call him a "socialist".

AND:

For GOP firebrand Rep. Lauren Boebert, anger and suspicion linger after Capitol riot

Some of Boebert's Colorado constituents hosted a rally calling for her expulsion from Congress last week. And a group of 60 elected officials from the Western Colorado region Boebert represents wrote an open letter to congressional leaders calling for an investigation into Boebert's conduct during the Jan. 6 insurrection, which they described as "irresponsible and reprehensible."

"We have heard overwhelmingly from our constituents, therefore her constituents, that there is deep concern about her actions leading up to and during the protests that turned into a violent and deadly mob," the letter said.

On the morning of the siege, Boebert tweeted, "Today is 1776." She was speaking on the House floor against certifying Arizona's election results as rioters swarmed the Capitol, saying "The Constitution makes it necessary for me to object to this travesty." And as extremists poured into the Capitol, she tweeted: "The Speaker has been removed from the chambers."

"We are getting death threats over these slanderous claims," Boebert told ABC News. "This is complete malice. They know that this is not true and they are still running with it."

But there are reasons that the otherwise obscure freshman congresswoman has remained a focus of attention both in Washington and at home.

One of the militants arrested for participating in the riot posted a photo online last week in which he posed in front of the restaurant Boebert owns in her hometown of Rifle, Colorado. Authorities said the man, Robert Gieswein, is aligned with a militia group known as the "Three Percenters," which espouses anti-government and pro-gun views. The Southern Poverty Law Center says some members are dangerous "anti-government extremists" and the Anti-Defamation League has flagged members pushing white supremacist dogma.

Another image, taken at a pro-gun rally shortly after Boebert launched her campaign in 2019, showed her posing with local members of the Three Percenters, which was one of two organizations credited with providing security at the rally, according to published reports.

Photos of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol showed some participants waving the Three Percenters flag during the riot.

In June, Boebert tweeted the provocative statement: "I am the militia."

hmmmmm....What was that saying about ducks again?

So, after all the bookings at Mar-a-Lago with Secret Service being charged by the GRIFTER for lodgings, after that whole Scotland golf tournament snafu, the many functions of state held at his personal properties, the many cities stiffed for his rallies, the personal use of campaign funds, and all the other shady S------ told and yet UNTOLD, the SCOTUS just effectively swept it all under the rug, calling all the CRIMINALITY a "moot point" now that his a--- is OUT.

P R I V I L E G E sure must be nice:

Supreme Court ends Trump emoluments lawsuits

but then again, this TOO:

The Supreme Court Was Complicit In Donald Trump’s Execution Spree

MEANWHILE, the GOP continues to be the slimy, spineless, SYCOPHANTS they ALWAYS WERE. Look for the cronies and co-conspirators to INSURRECTION to take that "MOOT POINT" bullshit and RUN with it:

And it Continues....Trump Pressured SCOTUS Through the DOJ, to Overturn Election Results.

So sure enough the Senate GOP once again proves their complete cowardice and fealty to Donald Trump, as if anyone EVER expected them to grow a pair. Trump threatened to start another party, splintering their fascist agenda. Then some deal was apparently struck. They oppose the impeachment and he promises not to start another party.

They haven't learned anything YET from dealing with the devil, not even after he sent his domestic terrorists to storm the Capitol in search of "hanging" some of THEM. The PLUS side being that one day, THEY'LL end up under Trump's bus as well.

Trump sends a message to Senate Republicans ahead of his trial - POLITICO
Senate Republicans are ready to let Trump off the hook.
Senate Republicans overwhelmingly back effort to declare Trump impeachment trial illegal

Key Republicans went from blaming Trump for the deadly Capitol attack to fighting his impeachment in just 3 weeks

Bottom line: They've sided with insurrectionists. So fk ANY talk of unity. Democrats in the Senate should scrap the filibuster and EXERCISE THEIR MAJORITY by proceeding to do exactly what THEY did for the last ten years.

Now that we know Republicans won't convict, turn it into a trial of the Republican Party

Well, actually the cult element within their hierarchy HASN'T been deposed. They are more beholden and SUBSERVIENT to him than ever, and the irony is, the more they kissed his ass and abdicated to his hateful rhetoric the more empowered he became and conversely, the more diminutively expendable and superfluous THEY became. The Beast THEY created, after decades of dog-whistle not-so-subliminally racist ideology and policy making.

They now live in FEAR of a monster of their OWN making, craven fkrs that they ARE:

In today's SYCOPHANT news, Mitch McConnell selling "wolf tickets" about "scorched earth" senate (uh, EXCUSE me... wasn't that the fkr who STOLE a SCOTUS seat and CHORTLED about 395 bills languishing on his desk?? And in other news:

Ohio Sen. Rob Portman not running for reelection in 2022

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio will not run for Senate in 2022

Two down. So many to go. But Jim wants to be a congressman. Keep dreaming, Jim. Not with that record.

Though plenty of nutjobs and seditionists to choose from still:

The Capitol insurrection isn't moderating the GOP. It's making them more extreme.

On first blush, one might think that right now would a much riper time for conservative reformers than eight years ago. After all, Donald Trump lost a clearly winnable election, and now has saddled the entire party with responsibility for an attempt to overthrow the government — and getting five people killed in the process. If ever there was a time for soul-searching among Republicans, now is that time.

But that is so obviously not happening that nobody, not even the most willfully blind American exceptionalists, is speculating about the possibility. Republicans are going to double down on Trump, culture war grievance politics, violent insurrection, and conspiratorial insanity for the indefinite future.

Yes, the Republican Party is aiding and abetting terrorism. It's worse than you think

GOP House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy jetted to Florida this week to kiss the ring of the man who tried to get him and his congressional colleagues killed at the Capitol on Jan. 6. McCarthy, who is now groveling at Donald Trump's feet after admitting he "bears responsibility" for the violent siege, was there to enlist Trump's help in retaking the House majority in the midterms. "United and ready to win in '22," McCarthy tweeted following his unconditional surrender to Trump, as the Trump campaign circulated a garish photo of the two making nice.

And after letting reports flourish earlier this month that he believed Trump had committed impeachable offenses, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell joined 44 of his GOP colleagues in casting a vote to discredit Trump's impeachment trial before it even starts. McConnell, who ensured Trump's trial wouldn't begin until he had already left office, provided his caucus the escape hatch of claiming the trial is unconstitutional precisely because Trump has left office. Right on cue, McConnell's lieutenants have piped up to tell us why they don't have to lift a finger to hold Trump accountable.

In the meantime, federal agents at FBI headquarters are likely drawing links between at least a handful of Republican lawmakers and right-wing extremist groups in spoke-and-wheel analysis charts—a proposition former FBI Assistant Director Frank Figliuzzi marveled over on MSNBC. "To think that the images of U.S. members of Congress are now on those connected-dots charts inside some office at FBI headquarters is unbelievable to me," he said on Friday. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rather bluntly referred to a group of radical GOP lawmakers this week as the enemy “within,” as her Democratic members lobby for increased personal protection from their Republican counterparts.

To be clear, our current political picture is one of democracy in retreat, and the Republican Party is actively fueling that destabilization. Violence of the kind we saw on Jan. 6 is only the tip of the iceberg, and the vast majority of GOP officials are either afraid of the monster now devouring their party (e.g. Ohio Sen. Rob Portman retiring) or hideously trying to figure out how to capitalize on the outrage to their own political benefit.
