And in a way maybe he's correct in that a few too many liberals and others who care about democracy, what this country should stand for, and all the rest aren't as "passionate" about things one would THINK we'd be passionate about.

Just as they COUNT on low voter turnout and apathy because if NOT for that, we wouldn't have the DAILY debacle shit storm of the Trump & Co. CLOWN show we're dealing with NOW.

But as I said, the validity of an argument, the importance of an issue or topic, ISN'T dependent upon what responses it receives or the lack thereof. Besides, maybe there are some truths that aren't in need of seconding. Like how water is wet and the sun, hot.

Documented by the myriad of ways they've changed altered and subverted the letter AND spirit of the law, such as how they created voter fraud for the purposes of depriving others of the right to vote, and how they gerrymandered districts in ways that give them seats even after having received a minority of votes.

I viewed the video. "A Brief History of..." Other Fox videos followed. I rarely get really angry at such blatant abuse of media, but watching such "over the top" female bashing" pushed all my angry buttons at once! The sequence of more Fox News videos all compacted Fox "fake news" just made my anger worse. Finally, I stopped the last video I viewed while video was still going!

I haven't viewed any news shows in their entirety from Fox in years. I recognize that Fox News tilts its news to many fascist viewpoints. I read evidence or see sort clips of this almost every day.

Viewing a series of short clips of female bashing leads me to understand that Fox News is guilty of brainwashing its viewers. The really horrible danger is that a significant percentage of young people are watching Fox News. Of that number a significant percent of them are homeschooled or go to an extreme right wing private or evangelical school and then on Sunday go to an extreme right wing evangelical church where the Jesus being promoted isn't the same Jesus that I read about in the four gospels written by Jesus' followers following Jesus' death.

This could easily translate into the US following the actions of a significant number of Germans during the 1930s that lead to the slaughter of six million Jews and many more million deaths as a result of all the military campaigns during WWII.. WWII in Europe could have been avoided if significant numbers of people had loudly proclaimed, "Not no, but hell no" to the fascist propaganda that was being proclaimed in Europe during the 1930s.

The Duke of Windsor who was briefly the king of the British Empire is considered to have fascist leanings and was sympathetic to the Nazi regime during the 1930s. I suspect there were a significant number of the British people who were also sympathetic to Hitler until WWII began in 1939. Obviously, the number of the British people who had Nazi leanings dwindled significantly to the point that they were not relevant in opposing the UK's declaration of war against Germany in 1939.

Had France and the British Empire confronted Hitler in 1933 through about 1935 or 36, France and the British Empire could have easily defeated the Nazis. By 1939, the armed forces of the Nazis was already battle ready. France and Great Britain didn't have the time to rearm for a protracted war. The English Channel saved Great Britain from an invasion immediately following the surrender of France.

Americans need to confront Trump and the Republicans now before they take steps to totally take over all media and legally undo the rights gained by minorities and women from the 1960s through the Obama Administration.

Fascism is like cancer. Left unchecked fascism will grow from a fringe group into a majority party over time. That is the nature of the fascist beast. Fascists' goal is not to raise the standard of living for the workers in Vietnam, etc. The goal is to drop the living standard of blue collar employees in the western world to the same standard of living that the blue collar workers in Vietnam now have.

To really understand the fascists' goals, one needs to really understand the goal of the game Monopoly. The winner in Monopoly does just acquire some prime real estate. The goal is to own it all. The fascists in the US that are in the one percent aren't content to being multi billionaires. No, they want to own it all including the houses where their blue collar workers live. They don't just want to have controlling interest in their corporations. They want to eventually own the companies 100 %!

(There are one percenters like Warren Buffet who aren't in the fascist's camp.)

If the standard of living for blue collar workers falls, the standard of living for white collar workers will also fall. Perhaps, not as significantly, but they will fall nevertheless.

The one percenters are shrewd enough to make sure that the white blue collar workers and the minority blue collar workers are voting for different candidates. If all the blue collar workers were to unify and vote as a block, the one percenters would lose control of our federal budget.

To do this, white racism is encouraged to flourish. Steps are taken to make sure that the minority ghettos become even more like cities in third world nations.

The greatest fear of the fascists is that all the blue collar workers might all unify under one party label and vote the one percenter puppets in Congress out of office. Under Franklin Roosevelt's leadership this happened in the 1930s and continued after his death through the 1950s

This can be done. It will take the leaders who are "anti fascists who believe in the American Dream for everyone," not "just the few" to get busy and educate the people on the real agenda of the one percenters that now control the Republican Party.

The fascist one percenters in every nation and their followers not only want to own it all in their nation, but they also want to own it all world wide. Many of the large corporations have ceased to be American, British, French or German. They are now multinational corporations whose goal is to be accountable only to their owners. not their consumers or the governments of individual nations.

This is quite serious. The future may become very bleak for most people world wide as we move into the future.

Right now we need to put an end to the right wing conspiracy to put our female population back to pre 1920 when women had no rights. We need to nip the resurgent racism in the bud today, not next week. next month, or next year.

We can still win if we act now. It may be too late ten years from now!
