think I shared this somewhere else but seems apropo for this discussion- many years ago I had a "big" presentation for a client (was very nervous, my first one for a large client) anyhow- I normally wear (with a suit) briefs or boxer briefs to 'hide' (or flatten) my bulge (about 7ish soft) I tend to wear dick on one side, balls on the other... Anyhow- in my nervousness I grabbed boxers and put them on. In the course of the meeting I took of my suit coat. I could 'sense' I had 'lost' the client (he was frowning slightly)...
Anyhow- we all went out for drinks after work (a bar near by was the 'haunt' for my field). With all the nerves I went to use the bathroom, and used a stall... while in there I heard 2 men come in, talking. I recognized one as being 'the client' and he was telling his friend...
"Did you see the bulge that asshole had? Talk about rude! Looked like he was shop lifting a freagin salami" etc....
(I can BET this guy was tiny...) anyhow- I was right....so 'showing' at work CAN be a disadvantage...(small folks can get VERY uptight it seems, tho I agree...the whole 'neutering' thing does seem to happen (think about facial hair and its lack of acceptance...)

There are times when you need to make the client feel superior, times when you need to be peers, and times when you need to be sending dominant signals. Hence all the issues about where people sit around the table, how high the chairs are, and if you should talk seated or standing at the podium, etc.
Being a gay man, my view of this may be a bit biased. However, I am sure that even among heterosexual men penis size becomes a "Dominant Male" issue. As such, flanunting it in any way can send the wrong message during those times when the client needs to feel that you are responding to his needs, and he is boss. On the other hand, after you have reeled him in, presenting a more dominant image can be helpful in negotiations. However, one must be careful not to cross the line between subtle body language and appearing vulgar.

There are times when you need to make the client feel superior, times when you need to be peers, and times when you need to be sending dominant signals. nyc10x6: I am about the same size as gioazam76 - 6 inches soft with huge low hangers - but I have never found clothing to be a problem. I wear loose fitting pants (flat fronts only!) with boxer briefs. My dick is too big to stay upright inside my underwear, so it is always hanging. If the crotch of my pants is low enough no can see any trace of a bulge.
I am not saying that a difficult to hide bulge is a not a problem for many guys. I have noticed how some guys always seem to have a huge bulge, even when I know that are not well-endowed. Big bulge guy.Yes it shows in suit or dress pants.Having shown it in a Speedo since 12 I don't think about it unless some runs there hand over it.
