Make a really really good holiday gravy, I'm talking about using the cooked bits at the bottom of the pan and maybe some wine. Sake works really well for gravy believe it or not. The sake is a light color and has a very yeasty flavor that you are looking for in wine. I use it all the time in recipes from Chili to homemade cranberry sauce...
Let the gravy cool down a little but not to the point where it is congealed too much.
Rub it all over yourself.
