Hopefully we're helping each other out. I don't date them. They don't date me. Everyone is happy.
Interesting. Do you date hybrids? Please tell me you're relying on skin color, so I can ask when was the last time you did a family tree?

Except for Rommette, who will forever have problems with her fuck-buddy/boyfriend relationships.
She can always chose differently, as much as you can chose to ignore your bias, but somehow I think you'll forever make it "her" problem.

I've had extensive experience dealing with black women and Rommette is really about the norm.

cool, I have "extensive of experience" dealing with misogynists and Wally you're par for the course yourself  (psst. that's not a compliment btw). Though if you're content to generalize "black women" like "Rommette".... sit down honey, cause men like you are forever projecting your failure to sustain successful relationships with women as "her" fault.

That's not to say that there aren't black women who are more mature than Rommette, but they are few and far between.
So, according you, being a black woman makes her immature? Or the previous paragraph - black women settling for miserable fuck-buddy relationships is the norm? The logic is re-missed upon me, but I went to public school, so what do I know.

What's wrong with what I posted? I can't have my preference?

Critiquing someone's behavior is fair game; you have a choice in how you behave, who you love, date, etc. Aligning someone's behavior as systemic of a specific race/gender of people is puerile cretinous thinking. Our DNA and exhibited phenotype is not our choice to make. Our mothers and the men that sired us make that call. It's absurd to criticize someone for something they don't have a hand in creating (like the color of their skin).

It's not your preference that anyone takes issues with, it's how you arrived at your preference that is open to critique, challenge, mockery, ridicule and a full on ass-kicking in some neighborhoods.

It's not because she's black. She's not genetically determined to be

So now that I have a preference, I'm a misogynist.

First I was a racist, now I've moved onto being a misogynist. Once I'm called a homophobe I'll be able to complete the trinity of bigotry!

As a general rule, I don't date black women. Why? Because from my experience with black women, the vast majority of them have been like Rommette. That's just my personal experience. Nothing more.

Now, If I met a black woman who was not like Rommette, I would date her. Simple as that.

What I think is interesting is that a little while back, there was a whole thread with black women talking about why they wouldn't date black men. I don't remember anyone in that thread jumping out and saying that those women were racist or accusing them of misandry. Their reasons were similar to mine, they had bad experiences with other blacks in the past. Why am I being singled out?

Go back and read your post. I did not say that you were a misogynist, I said if I were to generalize about YOU the way you are generalizing black women based on Rommette (in YOUR OWN words) I would think you were a misogynist.

If you're going to generalize - you cannot cry foul when others do so in turn. One good turn and what not.

You wrote, "cool, I have "extensive of experience" dealing with misogynists and Wally you're par for the course yourself."

That's saying that I'm a misogynist.

I'm not a misogynist. I don't hate women at all. Not even Rommette.
