Dealing with Injuries/Soreness

Petechiae (little red spots)- If you do PE for any length of time, you're bound to get little red spots on your penis after your worlout. These little red spots are known as "petechiae", and are actually very small bruises. As long as the bruises don't get above pinhead-size, you're OK. If they get larger than pinhead-size, then that's an indication that you're using too much intensity and/or volume. At that point, you should adjust your rep scheme or intensity level to ensure that you don't get these spots again. To alleviate petechiae, you should soak in a hot tub or wrap your penis up using the technique mentioned in the Warm Ups and Cool Downs section. During your soak/wrap, you should gently massage the penis to increase blood flow to the area and to help flush the penis. If your petechiae is especially severe or persistant, you can find supplements like "Butcher's Broom" or oral/topical Arnica to help speed healing.

Consult the 3rd post... Just to be safe personally, I'd give it a couple of day's break.

I had a minor case of this but it was gone within a day of not even touching myself at all. (May be a case of paranoia about having something go wrong there)

yeah,you overdid it slightly. just give it a couple of days. if your jelqing, use a lighter grip and maybe a slightly softer erection.

I just started a jelqing routine also last week but I've been injured already. At first I thought it was petichae but then it seems I got an outbreak of Herpes symplex, which jelqing burst. I am sincerely hoping that any PE doesn't induce a herpes outbreak through stress on the penis, otherwise I'm fucked! lol (5.5 x 5)

I have a copy and I like it for precisely the reason you mention. It's a great portable resource and it helps to have a book spread out there on the bed to look at while you're doing the exercises. It also helps to keep all the most important information in one place where you can easily reference it. I think it's a good book for that very reason. The videos at Thunder's, particularly the ones Gandolf/8-ball, did were fantastic and I recommend them too.

If that's true, then take a special interest in him. Just having one adult you respect saying, "It's OK to be gay," can mean the difference between a tortured childhood and one he can survive with his self-esteem intact.

Fuckin-A guys... PE is fun but don't over do it guys... Don't squeeze, pull or push against your cock very hard at all... EVER!!!! You need to get a smooth kind of feel for this and any damage will set your PE back. It's completely counterproductive to growing. Proper PE is slow going but those gains are proper and can be permanent.
