I would go and see a doctor immediately and find
out what the problem is kiddo.
There aren't many reasons that I can think of
why an 18 yr old can't get it up.
    Except stress.

Go a few days without any form of sex or masturbation. If u still cant get hard then u may have a physical problem. But its far more likely to be a psychological issue at your age.

The only thing I can think of is being overweight and diabetic, though you did not say much else...

Yeah, wait a few days. Do you get night erections? Morning wood? A surefire way to tell is to take a roll of stamps, lick them, roll them once around your flaccid penis and then go to bed. If you wake up in the morning and the stamps are broken, then you've been getting hard in your sleep (as you should be) and your problem is likely psychological. If they're not broken then get your ass to the doctor, particularly if you're overweight and/or have a family history of diabetes.

I think we need a bit more info here. You can't get erect at all, even to masturbate or when watching porn? Or is this a situation where you can't get erect for sex with someone?

The suggestion from jason_els about wrapping some postage stamps around your soft penis at bedtime is a good first step for diagnosing whether the problem is physiological (can't get erect at all) or psychological (can't get erect for sex).

I agree with cigarbabe GO AND SEE YOUR GP an don't worry about it, I doubt that your GP will want to see your cock and if s/he does they have seen plenty of all shapes and sizes so don't worry about that!

There are many reasons why you might be experiencing this problem and they have been said above,

    smoking
    diabetes
    overweight
    stress
    relationship problems
    heart disease
and so on, actually this list will get quite long if I continue.

The only certain way to find out is to see your GP, so make that appointment and find out and remember most men of any age experience some form of ED at some stage of life - you are not alone ok

Good luck and let us know how you get on

see a doctor...check your diet & health ....it's a sign you are not getting proper blood flow through your body...esp at your age.
Do U smoke and drink? If so, U may want to place a limit or stop
