I have been involved in a study about above average penises. (sounds funny but it's true lol)

It does seem the larger the penis, the larger the volume of sperm. But, listen guys, a great way to increase the volume of sperm when you ejaculate is to stimulate your prostate after you've cum. Take 5 minutes after your orgasm to just stimulate that gland.
If you are squeamish about going inside your ass to do it, just massage the area between your scrotum and anus, firmly.
If you keep doing that for a while, you will find your volume of ejaculate will increase over time.

I've kind of wondered this.

When I was a kid and breaking into the whole sex thing, my friend and I would go on the internet and look at porn. well for one i think large penises do produce moe cum... do to the fact a persons testicles are likely to be bigger also.. not in all cases i realize but in most... also with a bigger cock there is most likely a bigger urethra for easier flow and less resistance.. and a third thing is that a bigger cock is more likely to be more muscular... all of which i think relate to ejaculation

Testicles produce spermatozoa, the actual gametes responsible for transporting the male's DNA into the nucleus of the female ovum. They have nothing whatsoever to do with the production of the fluids released during ejaculation.

Big nuts, small nuts...this doesn't matter at all vis-a-vis ejaculate volume, as the sperm cells only account for ~5% of the total. The vast majority of the ejaculate is produced by the seminal vesicles and prostate gland.

Likewise, penis size has nothing to do with the amount or force of ejaculation. The process is driven by peristaltic waves of smooth muscle contractions...the intensity of which varies from orgasm to orgasm, and from person to person...which are typically beyond conscious control.

Physics is fun, too...greater resistance to flow results in higher pressures, meaning a more forceful explusion of the fluid. Since this would tend to drive the sperm further into the vagina and closer to the cervix, this would be the more desirable condition, biologically speaking. Then again, penis size itself has very little to do with urethra size, and even less to do with urethral turgidity.
