I've been waiting a bit for the "dust to settle" around here on this one. 
In thinking about this though, there could be (some) merit to creating a special section for us older fellas.
--We DO have our own interesting situations and experiences from life being "large". I'm sure we have many readers over... (ahem-- let's just say, 40 or 45) who would take special interest in a section reserved just for us. ('Might even evoke brand-new responses from those who've never posted before! )
I think it would be a big mistake though, to exclude any of us members, regardless of age, from having access to the entire forum. We learn so much from each other!
I know I've personally gained new insight from the younger members and I can only hope they have learned something from us "old geezers" from time to time. I've learned too, from my same-age peers and often am left feeling very deeply indebted to them.
There have been numerous jokes and puns about the term "support" around here as applied to the title of this forum. But, in essence, we do "support" each other as men (and women, too)......
I think we do that "support thing" pretty darn well, too.

Finnmark: For crying out loud, if you don't like what EH says, then just take no notice! But don't turn every thread he contributes to (or LSPG, for that matter) into a foul-mouthed slanging match. It makes revolting reading.

I actually rather enjoy the wealth of knowledge the so-called "old" people possess and share openly on this forum. Should they be forced to move I'm going to have to apply for a special membership at their new online home.
