Exactly! I feel like the drama that exploded by a lot of fans attacking Oliver and the girl from last season when they kissed as well as the constant “we want Buddie” declarations from the fans caused Kristen to move them further apart.

Let's be honest guys, its another thing to ship two characters and hoping that they might get together, and whole lot another to cause drama because the writers won't do as you ask. A writer has their own story to tell and they don't like to be dictated. For me, I don't care about buddie ship as long as we get shirtless scenes or even boxer's scenes of those hot dudes

The “drama” is mostly on Twitter which sadly it’s a loud few but I see your point. Tim Minear acknowledged the ship in he beginning as well as some of the writers and directors but since Kristen Reidel became the show runner after Tim left 9-1-1 for 9-1-1 Lone Star the show has gotten worse and so has the distance between Buck and Eddie. I stopped watching the show after 5a and I do not trust that woman and her minions (she has her friends direct and write even if they have no experice which shows on how crappy the episodes are) to do the relationship justice anyways specially after the things she has said in some interviews.

I did not know about these facts, but to be honest I never believed they would make buddie a thing even before the change in showrunners.

I honestly don’t think they will either I mean let’s be honest this is still Fox Network after all lol but I hope I’m proved wrong. Due to the ratings I think there’s a big chance season 7 might be the last but who knows.

To change the subject back to Oliver. From the screen caps I’ve seen on Twitter from last nights episode, this man looked so fine. Something about him and Ryan on screen is just so *chef’s kiss*
