Omar said in an interview that their first sex scene in Young Royals was going to be with them naked or it was shot that way but everyone ended up feeling that them in their underwear felt more right for the scene or something like that.

But in the old thread there were several shots of him showing it off in underwear. Anyone remember those? They were on his ig and he deleted them before YR aired. The pull quotes from that highsnobiety interview make me realize how unintelligent he is and how he needed someone to vet his quotes before it went to print, such as a publicist. He seems to rlly hate labels and maybe he sees queer as a label but if you’re not straight then you’re queer by default, he maybe doesn’t understand that. Someone needs to inform him

Definitely think "unintelligent" is quite harsh.. remember English is his third language which means nuance isn't his strong suit there. He's shown eloquence when speaking more about self-expression in Swedish such as that 2019 QX article and the episode with Edvin Törnblom.

I wonder the same. Omar acting is better than Manu Rios, and both acted for the first time. I like Manu too, but he is weaker in acting than Omar. But it's that business, right? As Manu is white, he is more applauded, the one with white privilege. Don't curse me, it's just my opinion
