On your wedding night did you have sexual intercourse?

We were both 22 and virgins. Big church wedding, exhausted, first night in our apartment. We fooled around and attempted intercourse but couldn't get the angles right due to zero experience. Messed around some more and fell asleep. Flew out early the next day for our honeymoon trip.

We did get the geometry figured out on the trip. ;)

And also did make the obligatory doctor visit for her UTI and yeast infections about a week later; turns out Johnson's Baby Oil isn't really a good choice for lubricant. :(

No, it was to late. Both of us were tired from the long day. We married after a six year relationship, so there was no pressure to do it in the wedding night. We did it often enough before. I think we had the first sex as man and wife one day after the wedding.

We were both 22 and virgins.
Congratulations!

We were both virgins at 23. Had a small to moderate size church wedding. One factor in scheduling our ceremony for early afternoon was so we could have sex before it got too late.

Tried, didn't work. Succeeded the next night.
Can you share more details? Why didn't it work - too tired, too drunk, too nervous, too young, too unfamiliar with each other (minds or bodies), etc ? What was your relationship history, and sexual history, leading up to marriage? If you could have another wedding night, what would you change?

It only got better from there.
That's kind of our story, too. We were both wedding-night virgins at 23. The very first time was a very meaningful, significant, and awesome experience - as well as embarrassing, disappointing, clumsy and painful example of not-very-good sex. I think it could have been better if we had more instruction and coaching in the physical basics of intercourse. Even so, the second time - just a couple hours later - went much better, although the awe and magic wasn't nearly as much.

We were nervous, clumsy, my wife was so tight it ended up being too painful for her and out of consideration for her we had to stop trying that night. When we tried again on another night we were more relaxed. It turned out my wife actually enjoys sex very much so that is why it only got better from there.

No. It was over a week before we actually consummated it. And then it was only a quick one and only I orgasmed

Yes we did. I pounded her and ended up shooting a huge load of cum into her pussy doggystyle. Then, we slept for about two hours and went at it again with me cumming balls deep in her missionary. It was intense!!

I was 31 when I got married and I was still a virgin. On our wedding night I had intercourse for the first time. It was good for me at the time because I didn't know any different. It felt wonderful to feel my cock go inside of her and thrust until I exploded. It was all new and amazing, but at the same time I expected it to be "more" somehow. There was not any uninhibited desire for it from her. It was as though "now that we are married I will have to do this for you". She was not into sex, and our marriage proved that out over the next 20 years.

I wanted to have sex the morning of, but she said it wasn't proper. So, it was proper the night before but not the morning of? OK, I'll give her that.

We did have sex that evening by the hardest, no pun intended. We were determined to "consummate" our marriage that same day, but we we so damn tired it was a perfunctory act. And technically it was the next day because it was after 2:00 a.m.
