I just thought I'd share my low effort PE technique that surprised me with the impressive size increase that I have experienced.
I've been a regular poster in this forum since 2004 and have tried many different penis enlargement techniques, tried many different supplements and treated many PE induced injuries.
I have come full circle and returned to a variant of the pumping routine that I started my PE journey with - after one year of that, I gained an extra 1 inch in length and about 1/2 inch in girth. From 6.5" to 7.5" in erect length and 5" to 5.5" in erect girth.

At first with a Bathmate Goliath which was far too big, then with a standard 9" x 2" vacuum pumping cylinder and hand pump without a pressure gauge. Sessions would last 15-30 minutes and at first I'd enter the Bathmate flaccid and then pump up an boner but with the standard cylinder I found that I got better results when I remained erect for most of the session.

I would insert a fully hard erection into the tube for 5 minutes, I'd carefully pump to below the pain threshold, kegel gently and regularly while slowly squeezing the handpump (micropumps) to maintain a feeling of all over stretching in my penis. After 5 minutes I'd remove my cock and work up another rock hard boner before reinserting it and repeating another 3 times. The session doesn't need to be very intense, I'm not trying to suck my cock as far as it will stretch with a high vacuum, that is dangerous.
