I just thought I'd share my low effort PE technique that surprised me with the impressive size increase that I have experienced.

I've been a regular poster in this forum since 2004 and have tried many different penis enlargement techniques, tried many different supplements and treated many PE induced injuries.

I have come full circle and returned to a variant of the pumping routine that I started my PE journey with - after one year of that, I gained an extra 1 inch in length and about 1/2 inch in girth. From 6.5" to 7.5" in erect length and 5" to 5.5" in erect girth.
For that routine I pumped every other day for 20-30 minutes per session followed by an edging/kegelling session (squeezing blood into my cock with PC muscle contractions) that lasted 30-60 minutes.

After that year I had a break and focused using my enhanced tool to pleasure girlfriends. When I became single again, I'd do various other techniques like all day extender wearing, jelquing, stretching, hanging...

I managed to gain just over 1/2" extra in both directions but progress was painfully slow considering all the time and effort I was putting in.

During the last few years I have been focused on hydropumping whenever I had a bath, so 2-3 times per week. At first with a Bathmate Goliath which was far too big, then with a standard 9" x 2" vacuum pumping cylinder and hand pump without a pressure gauge. Sessions would last 15-30 minutes and at first I'd enter the Bathmate flaccid and then pump up an boner but with the standard cylinder I found that I got better results when I remained erect for most of the session.
I noticed impressive girth gains with hydropumping but had a tendancy to over do it, ideally I would stay below a pressure that causes pain but from time to time I ended up with burst blood vessels in my shaft skin or worse inside my urethra which was more serious and forced me to give up for several weeks.

During the last couple of months I experimented with pumping just once per week. I had noticed the best results after my first hydropumping session back from long breaks, the expansion was always very impressive. This got me thinking that maybe I can stay in the unconditioned "newbie gains" zone if I do minimal PR with long recovery breaks. I also avoided ejaculating during a week prior to get the biggest and hardest erections possible when pumping.
I would insert a fully hard erection into the tube for 5 minutes, I'd carefully pump to below the pain threshold, kegel gently and regularly while slowly squeezing the handpump (micropumps) to maintain a feeling of all over stretching in my penis. After 5 minutes I'd remove my cock and work up another rock hard boner before reinserting it and repeating another 3 times. The session doesn't need to be very intense, I'm not trying to suck my cock as far as it will stretch with a high vacuum, that is dangerous. It almost feels like I haven't done enough at the end because there is no donut and very little fluid build up in my cock.

Nice writeup, do you feel that the pump truly contributed to your gains though? Everything I've read says that any gains due to pumping are temporary and mostly psychological. Maybe it's primarily the extender wearing, jelquing, stretching, hanging that contributed to your success?

Btw what extender/hanger did you use?
I'm trying to choose one for myself right now
I started with the Andro Penis extender (same rod + noose design as the Jes extender) I spent hours immobile with my dick strapped into the traction device, it wasn't possible to go outside while wearing it, too uncomfortable. The gains were very disappointing and I suffered many minor injuries. I created my own homemade vacuum attachment because the noose was like torture and kept slipping off. My system allowed me to wear it for most of the day (at weekends) but sometimes it would slip a little creating low pressures at my glans tip which resulted in vacuum blisters, requiring 2 weeks to heal.
I bought a Phallosan Forte a few years ago after using a home made version successfully for a few months. If I was going to recommend an extender it would be this one, you can wear it discretely outdoors and it is reasonably comfortable - I found that I needed to change sides after every hour, the padded loop contact point at the base of your shaft becomes uncomfortable. Unfortunately I experienced slippage vacuum blisters with this device too due to using too much tension, too soon.

The vacuum pump is clearly the most effective PE device for me, the majority of my permanent gains came with it. I explained above how I used it which is different to many pumpers who seek massive temporary inflation from filling the skin with body fluid. I tried long, hour + pumping sessions consistently for several months but ended up with shaft discoloration that took a year to return to my natural colour (with no pumping).

The way to achieve permanent gains is to target the tough collagenic tunica albuginea penis structure, by expanding it slightly beyond its normal expansion limit. The body will adapt by increasing its size (adding more cells) which is a natural way of reducing the pressure applied to the overall structure.
It seems that 15-20 minutes of applying a higher internal pressure from erect kegelling combined with a reduced external pressure in the pumped vaccum cylinder, (hydropumping creates a stronger reduction faster than air pumping) is enough to stimulate a tension reduction adaptation from the body. You know you have reached the sweet spot when you can feel a particular stretching feeling througout your cock shaft, I could probably gain just from this alone.

The edging/kegelling sessions afterwards just extend the time that my cock is expanded beyond its natural size. Do some research into the rapid size increases caused by episodes of priapism, which if not treated before 4 hours may end up causing permanent nerve damage, erectile dysfunction as well as massive and permanent size increases.

My routine is like a partial priapism episode that lasts within a safe duration but results in a much smaller size increase.

That’s my theory ; IF your penis is expanding beyond its normal length in the tube…. gains are still possible.

I expand from 8BPEL to 8,5 BPEL. 8.5” is the length I want solidified.

It takes about an hour and a half to reach that length.

Depends on my mood ; sometimes I stay in the tube the whole two hours and sometimes I take my penis out of the tube to relubricate the seal area.

I use porn to keep erections harder and

I never go above 5HG of pressure.
