This happens a lot less because studios are so much less likely to use true "amateur" guys in videos these days, but I feel like 10 plus years ago there were lots of web series which used guys who weren't necessarily porn stars.
Sometimes these scenes went well, with the "amateur" guys rising to the occasion and really giving the girls the old what-for. And sometimes... well, sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they were too small, or couldn't get hard, or nutted too early. Somehow these scenes were eve hotter for me than when they went right, because then the director would have to bring in someone to get the job done. The contrast between the loser guy and the stud always created a really interesting dynamic.
Here's a few examples of what I mean.
A "Reverse Bang Bus" with Christy Mack where she fucks a few randos.
This guy is both too small and can't get hard.
But then they find this guy, who's both bigger and gets to fuck her.
Or this scene from Hot Guys Fuck, where the guy has problems and needs to be replaced.
