    this is my first thread.

This year has been very tough for me physically. Between the stress from work and several bouts with injuries and illness. Plus, I am a binge eater, when stressed I binge on junk food. I have gained 30 lps this year. This week I started the hundred pushups challenge. I was wondering if anyone else wants to join me in improving my health.

I am a runner and a triathlete, but this year I have not been able to train. I just started running again after dealing with a pulled calf muscle.

I am also looking for a workout partner to join me at the golds gym in Campbell,CA.

I'll do 100 push-ups, but only if I can spread them out over a year!

I've had the same problem with a leg injury keeping me away from the track for a while. I start rehabbing once again (tried many times) soon, so I hope your training goes well!
