In a nutshell, (excuse the pun), one nut has to be lower than the other for comfort.
When really warm (e.g. summer) the scrotum just heads south and take the boys with it.
A marvel of the human body is to make sure the boys don't clang together like castanets, so one is deliberately lower than the other.
They usually stick pretty close together when they're cold, (around our Adam's Apple:biggrin1
However, I suspect you might be more concerned about the differential between the hanging of the testes.
What happens when you are cold? Personally my sac looks like a half walnut.
My motto is, if in doubt, check it out
It can't hurt to get your doctor to have a feel around. Especially if he's young, hot and hairy:wink:.
At the same time he can stick his finger up your arse and check your prostate while rubbing your scrotum and testicles with his other hand to look for lumps. Worked for me!
