I remember seeing a YouTube (I think it was, it was blurred/digitized) of a testicle implant on an early 20's guy. The video was a documentary (hell, I may have seen it on TV, I watch a lot of documentaries) and the doctor made a small incision in the scrotum.

So perhaps the technology has changed and no longer need to go through the navel? :dunno:

A friend of mine lost one due to a viral infection. He managed to get along just fine with one. My cousin lost one at 12 because he did something stupid on his bike and tore his scrotum.
