Hey everybody,
what really works when it comes to PE is to quit smoking. I did so several months ago and the results are absolutely awesome. I now hit 8'' when fully hard (used to be 7.75) and gained some girth too.
What's more: The erection last much longer and practically don't end unless I really concentrate on them to do so:-D.
That might be nothing new for those who have never smoked but to me, yeah I have not expereienced this for the last 10 or 12 years:).
Last but not least people keep telling that quitting to smoke is a good thing anyhow. So EQ and size gains seem to be just one of many upsides:-D...

I also quit with smoking in april, but at the same time i also quit with frequent consequent PE... (stupid, so i can not judge)

I had a question about quiting smoking and PE results moths ago. So much thnx!

It’s well known that smoking is bad for erection function. I believe it is the action of erections particularly long lasting ones that are hard that can increase penis size. Particularly during the puberty growing phase. That’s why I advise to be as thin as possible to maximise blood flow.
