I have found the website at www.kink.com to have a store tab that offers a great selection of very ruggedly built toys and restraints. They are not unreasonable in terms of price.

Really depends on what you’re after. Fort Troff has the best customer service without equal. They don’t have a huge selection but it’s a super site.
If you’re looking for cockrings there are several terrific sites, Gear Essentials and Penisplugsablaze are very good.
Adam Male is a good site for big selection and great variety.
Lastly, Amazon and EBay shouldn’t be ignored.
