Managers and management companies taking over popular OnlyFans accounts have become an epidemic. In the past month alone several formerly good pages I subscribed to have been taken over by managers who delete old content in order to repackage and re-sell it as PPV for exorbitant prices. They bombard you with DMs purporting to be fan interaction, they weaponize and monetize everything in sight in order to try and squeeze every last dime out of fans before they wise up and drop their subscriptions. In general they make the site unpleasant and practically unusable. I’m of the opinion that in the long term these managers do more harm than good for the content creators, but I don’t exactly have the facts and figures to back that up.

I thought this might be a good place to drop the names of accounts that have been taken over by managers so customers can make educated decisions about whether or not they want to continue their subscriptions.

I’ll go first:
Connor4woods - taken over by manager that runs spam DM bot, deleted all old video content

Squared_joshie - taken over today by manager that has deleted all old content, repacked some as PPV

Jesseposey - always run by management company that repackages and resells the same old content over and over, plays tip “games”, tries to sell “dirty talk” with fans

Flordiaboi - taken over by manage, ent company that runs spam DM bo

Personally, the harm if I unsubscribe and never look back to be honest.

Which mean, the creator does not get any subscription money from me, nor any chance to sell me any PPV content because if they start spamming, I just block them lol.

I think it's perfectly fine if the OF creator wants to do a tip to chat thing because they get way too many messages and you want to reduce the flood, but i don't think anyone enjoys talking to whats basically a bot. Even after tipping.

absolutely. The best thing anyone can do is unsubscribe and not look back, as you say. Just trying to draw attention to this trend and create another resource that people can use to determine where they want to spend their money.

Firstly, I'd like to mention that I have personally managed or had major influence on some of the most talented creators ever seen, like kjgettintpaid, oiledworkouts, Quinton Storm, and gramreaper954, among dozens more, over the last nine years. I employ a clear pricing and content strategy and teach models how to use proper camera techniques, lighting, scheduling, customer service, and more. My expertise comes from years of training and conducting market research in the industry. I focus on delivering high-quality content (long videos) that is both affordable and frequently updated. Read more here: CoolBruthas' Comprehensive Guidelines for Aspiring Models

However, I've witnessed the phenomenon you mentioned. The era of fake managers is certainly upon us, becoming increasingly evident. They're appearing everywhere, characterized by a lack of experience, no collegiate background, and a failure to perform market research in the adult industry.

I've encountered various types of these fake managers. Take Pre33yboyjay, for instance, who built his social media following before bringing in a "friend." They used his success and large following to lure other models to work under his guidance. The catch? The models must surrender 20% of their profits just for retweets from his main account. They show models snapshots of Pre33yboyjay’s OnlyFans statements for credibility, claiming, “If you do it my way, you too can be successful.” Soon, the model is trained to post only teasers on social media, just like him, charging a subscription fee plus additional PPV costs for short videos, with no strategy for filming or video length. Unless guided otherwise, the models tend to be lazy, producing only brief clips.

Then there are other scammers, which I call "Tumblr refugees." These former Tumblr bloggers, after the porn ban, built significant Twitter followings. They now exploit this influence to entice models into promotional deals, despite lacking business training. They employ deceptive tactics, such as downloading OnlyFans statements from the internet to feign success, presenting them as their own.

Once these scam managers take over a model’s business, notable traits include:

- Unfollowing everyone on Twitter, except for those they control.
- Retweeting only pages under their control.

As you mentioned, they completely overhaul the model's OnlyFans page. If previously using a free subscription strategy, they'll hike the price to a premium, say $15.99, then offer a 60% discount to mislead fans into thinking they're getting a deal. Subscribers soon realize the model posts the same content on their Twitter pages, charging extra for subpar content, usually priced between $20 and $60.

These individuals share a common goal: to undermine faith in the subscription industry while exploiting it.

Thanks for your input. I certainly wish every model followed your guidelines, lol. OnlyFans would be a much better place. And yeah, I don't doubt that there are managers out there like you, who treat this like a real business, and help models to develop a good relationship with their fans while ensuring that they maximize their income. Unfortunately it seems like the space is increasingly dominated by these other parasites who treat it like a scam or pyramid scheme.

I certainly don't begrudge models wanting to make more money for their content, and there have even been accounts that I feel are almost over-generous with what they provide for their subscribers. And then there are the opposite, like the ones you describe. I've seen a number of accounts go from producing regular content included with the price of subscription, to posting absolutely nothing more than teasers for expensive PPV. Again, I see nothing wrong with PPV as a means for models to make money for special or more substantial content, but hiding absolutely everything behind a paywall is an unfair business practice.

What I find more upsetting though is the fact that managers take over their DMs and pretend to be the models while using various tactics to try to extract every last cent from subscribers. At the very core, OnlyFans promises fans the ability to directly connect with creators, and handing that responsibility off to someone else feels like a real violation. It seems OnlyFans will not do anything to combat this problem, which seems to be their strategy for just about every problem one can encounter on the platform.

I appreciate you bringing this issue to light. Until today, I thought I was alone in noticing this dynamic. It’s encouraging to see more people understanding what’s happening. Hopefully, this will lead more individuals to my guidelines. My wish is for my guidelines to become the standard—the gold standard—for others to follow in the future. By spreading this information, I believe we can encourage more models to make OnlyFans a wonderful place.
I agree with you it should be a requirement that creators must state if they have someone running there page , I have no problem with this if I know and will buy a ppv, what I don't wish to do is be conned into thinking I am speaking to some sexy guy when in fact its a call centre in Asia.

2 more accounts that are absolutely not being run by the content creator himself (unless he's somehow up and online nearly 24 hrs a day):

- Miguel Santos (@miguelsantoss, used to be @ptmiguelsantos which I think is still his Instagram handle)

- Mike (@thedrmike, alternate account of Miguel Santos)

@LeoBrooks Aka Wes Higgins - he’s with Boosted creators
Jak Stevo
Ryan Snellings
Kovi2470
Alfie Riley aka Blondestud69 - likely with boosted again.

Rebel are another agency many if these are under.

‘Hey bro how are you up mate!’ What’s up bro’. All the same shite and then charging $40-70 for mostly garbage or 30 second content.

Think we need to keep exposing these creators they are bringing down the platform.

Onlyfans really should do something about it, though I doubt they ever will. At the very least, creators should be required to state clearly in their profile if their account is run by anyone other than themselves

It’s scamming plain and simple, possibly even fraud. Pretending to be someone else to get money is deception, until sometimes legally pursues a creator it will keep happening. For now all we can do is keep spreading awareness about it.

Couldn’t agree more! Such a turn off to not only find out but then seeing them flaunt the money they are making and spending via deception.

I dunno if that holds up legally, but at the very least it's a violation of the stated premise of OnlyFans, which is "Giving creators control to own and monetize their content and to foster authentic relationships with their followers and fanbase." Outsourcing your account to a manager who pretends to be you to fleece your fans for all their money is not fostering an authentic relationship.

I know one who regularly boasts and thinks he’s Tom Cruise from mission impossible on his fast bike, and made fun of people who actually work and have to do a 9-5. We can only hope this doesn’t last forever and the bubble bursts soon before they ruin the platform.

Exactly!, and yes a difficult legal question, however I have heard of a few who cat fished pretending to be sexy women and tried to extort money, then they got prosecuted for fraud! So really it’s not much different what these creators are doing. Onlyfans doesn’t care because it’s all money at the end of the day, only when it starts negatively impacting the numbers will they care.

Well I have talked about this topic with one OF creator I subscribe to. He had a management company for a few months but then dropped them because his profits went down by HALF! He went back to directly handling his own communication.

Not sure if that's typical of most creators with a management company, though.

@demitrimatcha is another OF creator that seems to have given his page to a manager. Saw him advertising his page for free after I had unsubscribed so I went to check it out. Most of the content had been deleted and after I subscribed his page sent me a video that had originally been on his page back when it was a paid subscription.

That is literally the worst thing, all management companies do is alienate subscribers because they are so greedy. More and more are seeing the light.

Yeah, I don’t claim to be an expert here. I think it’s likely that people will see an increase in profits in the short term, because the management promotes them a lot and essentially tricks people into subscribing and buying PPV. But I think in the longer term, after 3ish months or so, things will drop considerably as people get wise and leave.
