Onlyfans Problems

Hello!

well I’m trying to subscribe to models onlyfans, but I’m just sick of wasting money. Why? Well, it’s because of Onlyfans per se, not the models.

I can’t watch any videos on the website, it’s impossible, even 30 sec videos are impossible to watch, they won’t start, or they will start playing 4 sec and then stop. Sometimes I have to wait for a 10 sec video to load and then press Play button, but with a 5 min video that is impossible, for god’s sake I did that back in 2008!!!

Why is not working? What can I do? I tried multiple browsers but nothing, videos won’t play. I can play 1080p videos on youtube, or watch videos on other websites with no problems at all, it’s not the internet.

Does anyone have the same problem with the website? Do you know why is this happening and how to fix it? Please someone help me...

Same issue. I was putting it on my WiFi but have tried with my phone internet and it’s the same thing.

I can watch full videos, but I can't seek (forward or backward) in videos lately. My only options are pausing and replaying.

I have a long career in IT and building websites and software. Onlyfans is an example of a good idea gone horribly wrong. It is clear the designers and developers did not 1) build it with scalability in mind, 2) build it in a way that anticipated how it would be used.

I do not believe the site designers thought that content creators would:

1. jam it full of referrals so they get kick backs
2. create thousands of short 30 second videos that take up space and bandwidth but produce little to no revenue
3. Compete for new subscribers as intensely as they do by drowning out other less connected content creators

In addition, OF is a subscriber-model social media platform, yet the people creating content have no incentive to produce content nor any obligation to provide value for the monthly subscription fee. Hence the site attracts thousands of people to watch a limited amount of content. When that happens, server resources are strained to stream the same video thousands of times at once. If the platform can’t scale quickly to handle it, the site becomes unresponsive. You’ll notice that for content available after subscribing but is free after that point, that buffering occurs. This is how the site is managing this load and it’s a sign again of no t building something scalable upfront.

I could go on. Generally speaking it’s a mess and will get worse unless they act now to fix petty fundamental issues.

As for the skipping through Videos problem. That is due to people posting more than one thing within a post. Just make the Video full screen in these cases & You should be able to skip through the video.

Chrome and apple devices are two different things. Chrome is a browser and Apple is the hardware it runs on. If you don’t have Chrome installed on your Apple device you can get it in the App Store. But again - it uses safari on iOS devices on the back end so you will most likely still have the same issues. I’m not sure if that is true on a Mac.

You can still download Chrome in the store & Then use that to view OnlyFans

I have a chrome book. Same buffering problem for me. I dont have a problem with justforfans
