Gym Louvre is not too far. It's a quite decent gym and a gay sauna (with open showers).

just use the gym Lockerroom and showers downstairs because guys keep their swimsuits in the swimming pool showers (although they’re male only)

It used to be open with partitions a few years ago. But I think remodeling made the showers more closed.

Went to Yoga Garden Rive Gauche in Paris. Nice completely open showers! No cubicles. Especially recommended are hot yoga classes. You sweat a lot and taking a shower is almost unavoidable. Most guys seem to strip down in the locker room and shower naked after class. And most guys are in good shape.
