I dont know south london very well to be honest. Best place to look for open showers or action may be in public pools and local leisure cenres run by the council. However, these are also becoming history and being replaced with cubicles everywhere.

I know that it isn't properly central London. But David Weir Leisure Centre in St. Helier (Carshalton - Sutton) has these lovely showers. Not really busy at least around 4-6 pm. Only 3 showers available because of the social distancing, if someone is planning go there just DM me.
