I've been on a Saturday Men's only session. It was decently busy with a fair amount of guys going nude--many in swim suits though too. Do the weekday (Monday or Wednesday) sessions still have a fairly good attendance?

I noticed a few guys going outside. You reserve a slot, it seems, for the whole day. Can you leave and come back later in the day as well? What times are busiest during the weekdays?

Had my first two experiences today of some of the recommendations here!

Went to Fitness first Oxford Circus using class pass. Was surprised at how small the shower area and sauna is. Was in a sauna with many hot guys. It was clear some guy wanted to play but no one really attempted as we weren’t sure if everyone was all in as it wasn’t clear with some guys. Saw a guy with a huge cock in his trunks. You can use the pool or the gym showers whatever you do, no restrictions. Gay guys who use the gym tend to use the open pool showers Gym showers are cubicles.

There is a lot of action in the sauna in the changing room. It's at the end of the showers. Most guys are up for some fun in there. Always make sure to go there when I'm in London

First First Strand has always had a large gay client base. When I worked out there years ago, there was always sex going on in the sauna and sometimes the showers. It's a men only sauna at the end of a row of shower cubicles.
