Has anyone checked out Coach gym in Holborn?

It’s an old Fitness First which has been rebranded, so has the same frosted glass shower set up which seems like it’d be good for showing off..

Docklands management have seen the above review.

Since it was published here just over a week ago many notices have gone up around the baths saying that any inappropriate behaviour will result in you being chucked out (or words to that effect). Checks by staff have also become more frequent.

In addition, some long-term customers have been told (IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS) that unless THEY ensure that the unwanted behaviour stops immediately additional measures will be taken.

The most likely changes will be: -

Sunday sessions will be mixed.
Which means shorts on and an end to nudity everywhere.

At present it's 1 of the very few MALE ONLY spaces in London where guys can be together naked.
It's shared with straight men - it is not a GAY ONLY space.

Some customers get VERY upset when they see hard dicks on display or being played with.
Some will shout out and make sure it stops immediately, others watch what's going on and complain to the management privately.
They are not being homophobic - their point is there are plenty of gay only spaces to have gay sex and Docklands Steam bath isn't 1 of them.

Please help to make sure things do not change for the worse.

It's not just up to "Daddy Monitors" (see 11/09 message) to make sure people are not offended.
If YOU see inappropriate behaviour, ask those involved to STOP and explain the consequences for everyone if they don't.
Alternatively ask someone else to tell them - make sure they know what they are doing will have negative and permanent consequences.

If the community want the place to continue to be a male only naked space, they had better take responsibility and do something to make sure it's not lost as so many other places have been (York Hall Steam, Iron Monger Row, etc).

FYI - the were a whole load of problems at New Docklands at the end of last year, because people way overstepped the boundaries.

Respect the space guys or it will be lost completely!
It's literally the last place like it in London don't f***k it up for everyone!

Seriously - they have already cut mens sessions last year as a result of things people have posted on here!

If they stories like this being posted and/or people keep overstepping the boundaries - there's a very real chance that they will cut more of the male sessions/stop them completely.
