Open showers in London - list of venues to show off

I've been to Nuffield Battersea a few times. I'm usually happy just chilling places like this - if something happens great, but I'm not one to hang around making straight guys feel uncomfortable or stop anyone else having fun. I've only encountered friendly guys and have luckily avoided the weirdos mentioned here. I'm not fat but also not totally in shape and have a disability (mostly invisible) but have have never been made to feel out of place or unwelcome by anyone at this gym. Was last here a few Thursdays ago and had a great time showering and using the spa area nude with guys of all ages, shapes and sizes. I hope to get back soon!

What facilities does FF Strand have? Showers are cubicles from the virtual tour and can’t see sauna or spa..?

FF Strand has shower cubicles, two rows of four or five that face each other. The sauna is at the end of the showers. Action goes on there often in the sauna as you can easily see who's approaching the sauna from inside it. There's no spa/jacuzzi, just the sauna. I used this gym often when I worked in the area, esp. at lunchtimes. I'd say at least 60% of the time guys were naked/wanking/sucking.

I’ve reported the older moustache guy and they did nothing. Never really had issues with the whistler but like the others say, he is so creepy that I normally leave if he’s there.

Yep same. I’ve stopped using the spa area altogether if I hear any hint of whistling lol

Re fitness first Strand, the showers are cubicles but guys often walk naked to and from the showers . The sauna is near the showers and it’s s nice place to chilled with towel very loosely wrapped .

Hey guys, I just wondered what leisure centres/spas in London have male only nights on a Wednesday or Thursday? I’ve had a look online and at some of the old posts but not sure how up to date the info is

The Porchester Spa (in Bayswater/Queensway) is men only on Wednesday all day. Of course, there are gay saunas/spas in London that are men only all the time - not sure if that's of interest or not . I know the Locker Room sauna in Kennington/South London has a mandatory naked session tonight from 6pm - all guys going in are meant to be totally naked, no towels are allowed to be worn - only carried.

I think the Iron Monger Row Baths have their male only night on a Thursday. It was rather quiet when I went (possibly as far back as 2016) but would be worth checking out. Swimwear is mandatory but there were a few guys stripping off here and there during the night and nobody was complaining! I keep meaning to go back but usually end up at Nuffield Moorgate or City when I'm in that area.

The Oasis sauna is outside by the pool so no chance of men only nudity. The pool changing room does have open showers though.

Not sure on the other places but I’m sure their websites will probably say I’d they have men only days.
