Stretford Sporting Village has open showers for the pool. No cubicles for changing or showering.

Yeah, pay as you go. It's a mixed crown and depends on what time you go. I went at 12 this afternoon and there were about 5 or 6 guys around 30 and the rest were a little older. Earlier in the mornings tends to attract the more athletic swimmers getting a session in before work.
Not Manchester - but does anyone know of any open showers in Leeds?
Bannatynes on Kirkstall Road has cubicle showers, but I’ve found if you leave the door open a little, people will go in the cubicle next to you for some under stall fun, as the dividers are quite high off the ground.
Never come across any open showers though… any recommendations?

New gym in Stretford opening on 10th Jan. NRG Manchester. Will have male only sauna in the changing room.
Visited NRG Gym today (Stretford). Nice gym for a very reasonable rate. Sauna is small, you could probably fit 5 people in comfortably. Today was opening day and it was very quiet in the gym, I was the only person in the sauna but hopefully it will get busier.

There’s open showers and cubicles but most people use the open showers. Sauna and steam by the pool
The Airport Inn manchester on Altrincham roads good. It’s fairly old and dated but in the male changing room has 3 x open showers. Can get membership or pay as you go there but it’s quite cheap.
There are older guys but also plenty from 18-30 and also guests from the hotel using it and the showers.
