Don't be so rude. I asked an honest question and didn't expect a profane answer. I guess you must walk around the locker room with eyes closed and change in a bathroom stall. Good for you.

K.

I would like to change my answer to, "I don't care."

I wouldn't think about it.

I'm probably consumed thinking about what I'm going to eat for lunch after I leave the gym.

Or about how my left bicep kind of hurts from doing that exercise stupidly. Or what the combination to my locker is because it's a new lock and I don't remember it yet.

You're asking what looks to be a gay question to straight men and you dont want us to be rude? Then you should probably take this question to ask a man or ask a gay man, or ask a bi man you wont get too many friendly responses because we arent looking at other guys in a sexual manner in a locker room because in fact we are straight

Completely smooth? I'm not even entirely sure what that means. A man with absolutely no body hair?

I guess that might look a little weird. Or are you just talking pubic hair? I find it very hard to even take an interest in my own pubic hair, and I don't even care how or if my girlfriend grooms her pubic hair, so I really can't be bothered with the shaving habits of other men. I wouldn't likely give it a thought, much less a second thought.

As for tan, unless the guy was green or purple or something equally ridiculous, I think it's safe to say that I wouldn't notice.

While I agree that your question doesn't call for rude remarks, I do wonder what you hoped to achieve? It reminds me of the countless guys who've asked if straight men enjoy getting blowjobs from gay men.

I am straight, I have almost no body hair except for the armpit, pubes and ass. Once I shaved my cock completely and I got a few stares in the locker room...
I really loved the smooth blow job feeling though. If I see a smooth boy in the locker room I would think he must be a blowjob-loving swimmer :D

He asked what you thought, not whether or not you are turned on by it. "Nothing" could have been an answer. "Someone who primps that much is lame" could be an answer. "I wonder how often he has to shave" could be answer. "I wonder if girls really like that look" could be an answer

All of these and more could be normal nonsexual responses one might have. My take on the OP was how a guy who was obviously primping and stuff (full body shave and going to a tanning booth) cam across to straight guys

I wouldn't give it much thought. I might assume he is a competitve swimmer, or maybe he takes the whole metrosexual thing waaay to far. I'd probably assume he was gay.

But really I just wouldn't give two shits.

Precisely and I told him what I thought which is, this is a question not suited for straight men from the description of the OP saying what do you think of a smooth tanned body on a man in the locker room what do you think? I think that he's trying to get a certain response from us so i don't need you to interpret so i answered with my thoughts as did everyone else mr. Helper smh

I probably wouldn't even notice. .but if he was rocking the all over tan i think id stop for a second and think "what a fag" and go on with the rest of my day. the reason as to why is becasue if a guy shaves his whole bdy and then gets an all-over tan.. if he's not gay. .he thinks wayyyyyy tooo much what women think. Where I come from thats not masculine at all.

As someone who shaves arms chest and (often) pubes, I'd think he was a kindred spirit. But since I'm straight, I wouldn't much care beyond that. It's been my experience at my gym that a lot of guys in good shape shave or closely trim body hair including bush, so it's just not that noteworthy.

The exception is one guy at my gym who appears to have alopecia and doesn't have a single hair from head to toe. He doesn't even have eyebrows. But he seems comfortable with it, since he spends an unusually long time hanging around naked in the lockerroom.

whether the OP is straight or not, he wondered what a straight man would think in response to certain appearance. you can communicate your response in a way that is not offensive and confrontational. if you are the kind of straight male that needs to go on the offensive against possibly gay persons in order to prove your heterosexuality, LPSG is not the place for you. people like you are why i tire of forums quickly.

He isn't possibly gay, he is gay, we can all see his percentages.

But it really does not matter what his sexual orientation is. He asked a bunch of straights males what they would think of another guys appearance, to which those straight males replied that they didn't care.

No one is being offensive. Glib and perhaps, tongue in cheek, yes. Not our fault he got offended. Not our fault you got offended.

oh i just wrote possibly gay because i had not looked at the OP's profile or his percentage, and based on kotton's response he seemed to be acting like his straightness was somehow being challenged by being asked this question. i agree with you, the sexuality of the OP is beside the point. actually, after i posted my response i read back over the thread and was sure that posters other than the one i saw as offensive would think i was talking about them (likespineapple among them). i didnt think your response was uncalled for. what i thought was uncalled for was kotton informing the OP that the OP has no right to ask a straight man what he did. in fact kotton seems to suggest the OP deserves rude treatment for asking the question, then goes on to suggest that the OP should ask gay and bi men what a straight man would do...im still trying to figure that one out. also, i dont really care if the OP is offended; if you post a question on the internet odds are very good some rude people will respond. im more annoyed by illogical though than rudeness lol
