They feel completely different to me. My orgasms from masturbation are stronger than those from sex. But sexual ones are of a better quality (don't ask how, I don't know) and during sex I'm very multi-orgasmic, whereas during masturbation I'm not. Here's a reasonable comparison: Masturbation is like eating a slice of dry bread when you're hungry - you won't be hungry anymore but there's no real thrill involved. Sex is like eating at an amazing restaurant - so good your body remembers it for hours or even days and years later you might still be talking about how good it was. Masturbation is just scratching an itch. Sex wins by a mile.
