For those of you who've transitioned physically: how are your orgasms different from how they were before?

Do you find them "better" in some sense?

Anything you miss about the way you used to come?

I havent done the transformation yet, but the math i read says its 50/50 as to whether you orgasm after.

It varies for most. I personally wont get the surgery until it is perfected, right now there are alot of risks I am not willing to risk. My friends who have managed to orgasm say its not quite as intense and alot still preffer anal or vaginal as anal stimulates their prostate.

I didn't realize that the prostrate is left during sexual reasignment surgery.
