Hey guys, I was just wondering if you've ever had an orgasm without being even semi erect. I used to take ambien for insomnia and it really had a negative impact on my ability to maintain a hardon. But now that I've stopped using it, I'm back to my regular old erect ways. For those of you that have had this happen, were you by yourself masturbating, or with a partner? For me it was always while I was jacking off.

Can't recall the name of the drug but I took an anti-depressant for about 4 months. I was supposed to take it for 6 months, but I threw the bullshit flag and had them ween me off early, especially after the side effects with my orgasms. The common side effect was supposed to be impotence or ED. For me it just fucked up my orgasms, as most of the time I was on the med I could still achieve and maintain an erection.

When I first started taking it my wife jerked me off and although I was fully erect (she said I was hard as fuck), I didn't feel that way and when I started to cum it was weird, I felt like my orgasm was complete but my cock kept cumming.

After that first time on the medication, when we had sex I would cum but the orgasm always had a strange feeling. On one or two occasions my cock went down to a semi and I did cum flaccid. On at least one occasion i was receiving oral, and surprised the wife.

This happened to me about a month ago. I softened up while having sex with my wife. She was on top and kept riding. I was not completely soft, but definitely not hard and was able to ejaculate. Very strange feeling. It's the only time it's happened.

Having had my prostate removed, and the consequences if that procedure, i am rarely rigid when I have my non ejaculatory orgasms. Have to admit that the orgasm experiences is way beyond the ejaculatory orgasms I had before the operation. Just gets you to understand the disconnect there actually is from ejaculation and orgasms

It happens to me a few times a year actually. I have this weird thing happen to me when I haven't ejaculated for a while. There is no way I can remember or translate from Greek what my doctor told me. But from what I understood it's like a lot energy and tension gets stored in the genital area from the balls up to lower intestines and the nerves get all weird there LOL (prostate is super healthy btw). It gets really uncomfortable and the only to get rid of it is to masturbate or have sex. Problem is some times it gets so uncomfortable it's impossible to have an erection, so many times I ejaculate from completely soft. It's a bizarre sight to see so much cum coming out of a soft cock. LOL

This is a pretty normal thing for me. I suffer from premature ejaculation and most of the time I cum long before my dick could have gotten hard.

Have you checked to see if you have a magnesium deficiency? It can be one of the causes. Magnesium calms the mind.

Although magnesium is involved in many biological process and it is found higher levels in semen than serum, its role in human semen has not been elucidated. This investigation was conducted to evaluate the relationship between premature ejaculation and the levels of seminal magnesium. The levels of magnesium, zinc, copper, and selenium were evaluated with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer in serum and seminal plasma in 3 groups of men: (a) normal sperm parameters (15) (b) oligoasthenozoospermia (15), and genuine premature ejaculation (9). There were normal serum and semen levels of all the elements in the three groups, but significantly lower seminal plasma magnesium levels in men with premature ejaculation. The hormonal profile, body mass index (BMI) had no association with premature ejaculation. Decreased levels of magnesium gives rise to vasoconstriction from increased thromboxane level, increased endothelial intracellular Ca2+, and decreased nitric oxide. This may lead to premature emission and ejaculation processes. Magnesium is probably involved in semen transport. More research into the role of magnesium in the male physiology of reproductive tract, especially its association with premature ejaculation, is advocated.

Yes i can. A drug I take occasionally for stress makes me impotent but does not affect my libido. Only in masturbation but certainly can ejaculate without an erection as it's the drug side effect not loss of sensation.

Thanks so much for this. I will totally look into this. You've been very helpful.

It's never happened to me personally but I have read about it happening to guys before. Some guys even train themselves to ejaculate without being hard.
I can stroke soft and then get slightly hard as i shoot. Nothing like stroking a hard cock but feels good to cum
