Overall Improvement

    Today is the day that I decided that I am going to make a huge effort to increase the following
    A) Flaccid/Erect Penile Length
    B) Flaccid/Erect Penile Girth
    C) Sexual stamina

    I will be going on a 6-8 week cycle with pictures to keep you guys posted every 3-5 days. I am going to try to gain at least 3/4 of an inch in Length, and 1/2 of an inch in girth. I will also be working on lengthening stamina by masturbating and stopping before I ejaculate, and also kegel exercises. Tomorrow I will post with my beginning flaccid and erect penis length and girth measurements and will keep you guys posted on improvement. Progress, not perfection.

    Any tips for helping me achieve ANY of my goals more effectively would be greatly appreciated.

    Day 1

    Started with 10-15 Minutes using a heating pad wrapped around some boxers to warm-up my penis but avoid direct contact.

    x10 - 20% Erect stretches to the left and to the right (10 per side)
    x50 - 60% Jelqing to the point where it felt comfortable but not TOO comfortable
    x10 - 20% Legs up pulling penis down in between my legs
    10 minutes of laying down kowfers

    10 minute Warm-down using heating pad and a gentle massage.

    Woke up with a hard boner that lasted about 10 minutes, watched some porn to double check for penis strength, still 100%

    Going to pick up my ruler right now and get some accurate pre-cycle measurements in for you guys and I'll upload some pictures to verify.

    Penis feels a little sore, I will most likely take the day off but if I feel comfortable with it I will end the day with some light stretches and jelqing.

    Day 2


    Ended up taking a rest yesterday, I'll be doing my cycle again later on in the day. I am thinking about getting some Andractim involved, any suggestions on usage, dosage, should I do it or stay away?
