Overcome Premature Ejaculation

Have any of you ever been premature ejaculators and then either grown out of it or found a way to remedy it? If so I'd like to know how you did it!

Been a little quick on the trigger in my life too. Sometimes it's just because it's new and I'm over excited. I find that being open about it and even laughing about it makes it easier. When I was younger I'd be ready to get hard again in about ten minutes and the second time would last longer. It's not a physical thing for me so I've been able to overcome it with understanding partners.

Never had the problem but i read premature ejaculation is when you cum before your lady, so that could be a while XD

Im taking antidepressants right now..and they make me last x4 longer in bed.
