It's definitely true! It is currently happening to me. I paid Paddy a 25% deposit for a hook up and more than a year later, he still hasn't honoured our agreement. Every time we agreed a date to meet (12 separate occasions now), he cancels it and gives an excuse. He takes ages to reply to my messages.
