I am wondering if he is really running it. I have been suspicious of his Instagram maybe being a scammer and his Twitter. I emailed him about his onlyfans and got kind of an incoherent response that was put together almost like the scammers talk.

That's a little bit confusing/inaccurate. It should really clarify that Bow bells are nothing whatever to do with the district of Bow in East London. A Cockney is someone born "within the sound of Bow bells" - those being the bells of the church of St. Mary-le-Bow, on Cheapside, in the City of London (St Mary-le-Bow - Wikipedia).

There's no way that anyone in the district of Bow in East London would be able to hear the sound of the bells from the City church.

I worked for many years between half a mile and a mile east of St. Mary-le-Bow and Cheapside - there is no way that you could hear the bells of St. Mary-le-Bow, just that short distance away (you couldn't even hear St. Paul's Cathedral)! Even on a very quiet Sunday morning I doubt that they'd reach the district and former village of Bow, in East London.

It's a very old saying that goes back to at least the 17th century.
