I have had a dull aching pain in my anus and testicles off and on for about two months now. I plan on seeing a doctor but need my insurance to kick in first. I was thinking the pain in rectum was hemmeroids, but I read they either hurt like hell or dont hurt at all. This is a dull pain that is easy to go about ur day with. And my testicles mainly my right one will also have a dull pain when I have the pain in my anus.

Kind of at a loss. I'm not sure how prostate issues work. I am young but do urinate more than I used to and rarely make it through the night even though Im 25. I have told a doctor about this and he said I was probably drinking too much water before bed. I assured him I wasn't but he shrugged it off like I shouldnt worry.

I have not had great experiences with doctors in the past. They seem like they are in such a rush and that I'm waisting their time. I kind of feel like Elaine from Seinfeld when her file was making it so no DR. would give the time of day bc it said she was difficult.

But seriously I have not had sucess with Dr.'s and know I should see a Dr. I plan on it. But anyone else experience these pains????

My experience tells me that you have prostatitis and it has likely caused one or both testicles to become infected as well! I have been there and been cured of those same complaints on several occasions. The antibiotic used was CIPRO, used for 20 days! Good luck and speedy recovery!

2 Months?

Matey, quite a concern
Dont Plan on seeing a Dr, GO ASAP!
bugger the Cost, that's distressing and disturbing to hear ..

INSIST you want something done, dont take no wishy washy advice for this condition, i reckon
Many of these problems if caught early are treated OK, apparently . similarly if not caught early etc ...
am figuring you only had the courage to make this thread because you saw the other similar ...ACTION matey ...

I am not constipated. I was thinking hemmeroids but that doesnt explain pain in testicles or does it?

Also I think prostatis is also definitely a possibility.

Thank you all for the replies

the only thing with prostatis is it does not burn when i urinate, nor is it difficult to urinate. But I do fit some other symptoms.

I wish there was an easier way to have the doctor check my prostate though, and almost feel like they hate doing the exam. because like i said, I have described my urination tendencies and they have always given me the i think u drink too much water instead of actually checking

Prepare your lines of information before hand.
You know they'll suggest drinking too late so take a record of your day:
- when does the pain start, how long, how often?
- when do you urinate, volume (little or a lot) color and smell (strong or not, sweet?), frequency,...
- when do you drink, time and volume, also sort of beverage (water, beer, alcohol, soda (which one?) or other)
Those are all the infos you should have to convince them your habits aren't the cause, or make them explain why it is the cause.
They might also want to know how often you ejaculate, but they'll ask if they need that info. But any change you would have noticed in cum aspect would be worth pointing out.
Make sure you don't forget any detail, even if seems stupid, l but mentions those details only if asked.

Prostatitis can cause dull lower back ache and lower abdominal pain , as well as the pain you describe; unless you have an urethral infection, you are not apt to feel any discomfort when urinating , except possibly more frequent urination! Prostatitis can make you feel sort of not up to par !

No lower back or abdominal pain. Still think prostatis is the issue though, just some kind of infection.

I have noticed that the urination becomes more frequent and the pain is usually there after jerking off.
