Anybody know if pain killers like Tylenol, Aspirin, etc. that thin the blood have any effect of the quality of an erection?

Anything that thins the blood will affect an erection. The most common culprits are blood pressure medications, which is a good enough reason to watch your weight, exercise regularly and generally keep fit and healthy so you don't get cursed with impotence.

And if so cursed, sometimes medications may get you hard, but for enough men they don't work at all.

I stand at work all day on a concrete floor, and do a fair amount of physical labor. Often my back hurts bad enough to keep me awake in the evening. I just don't want taking some medicine to effect my ability to have a great time with my wife.
