Was wondering if you could provide me with some advice.
Recently I experience a dull like pain in my penis after masturbation. Furthermore my masturbation sessions are not over vigorous nor over a protracted period.
After a masturbation session my penis is not "over sensitised", but is painful which is localised to my penis only.
The pain in my penis subsequently fades away after a day or two. Should I be worried about it?

This is not something I've heard of before. Given that it relates to an incredibly important body part, I think you should discuss it with your GP. Masturbation is perfectly normal, so you need not feel embarrassed about getting his/her input.

if you try to masturbate without mental preparation and just with physical stimulation, if you try to shoot without a really hard cock but with a semi erect one and if you grip it too tight it might hurt. there is another problem that I used to have and being extremely tight cut, It used to collect so much blood in it and the volume of my skin was not enough to tolerence it and it used to hurt very badly, now I am restoring my foreskin and have much looser FS than before, so the pain of inner pressure is not an issue ( I dont mean any cut guy should have this pain, if it is abnormally tight cut it can be a problem)

If it does not go totally back to normal in a few days OR gets worse -- call your doctor. I have had things like that which resolved but I could point to sone reason my cock was stressed... If you think you have not been rough on it I would not wait long to visit the doctor. If you take your shaft in hand and start at base and work your way up to glans gently squeezing your penis between thumb and forefinger -/ there should be no pain at all and no lumps

A few days? See a doctor, mate. I've had an aching in my cock before after a wank but that's usually because I've wanked a little too often but the pain subsides rather quickly, usually in about 15 minutes. If it takes a few days, see a doctor.

Before I embarrass myself at the doctor's office, saying "because I masturbate too much", I thought I'd just ask here. I noticed this kinda soft lump a few years ago on the side of my shaft just below my glans, but it's definitely gotten more pronounced recently and doesn't hurt unless masturbating too hard for too long, which I have been doing a lot of recently. Otherwise there is no pain, and it just kinda feels like its full of liquid more than solid, if anything. With my foreskin up it just looks like exaggerated part of my already baseball bat-shaped penis, but it's more noticeable if I roll it down. I think it's just inflamed from edging, not fully erect, for hours on end, once or twice a day. -- So my question was just if there's suggested over-the-counter medicine for that before I decided "Let's just not masturbate for a while and see if the swelling goes down." I already feel like it won't based on how it's been there for a while despite masturbation and only just becomes more pronounced when agitated, if that's the cause, and just by typing the word "lump" I realized I should just go to the doctor anyway and everyone here will yell at me to go see the doctor after reading that, as well. But I'll leave this up for responses, any input if this sounds familiar; I've been reading up on something called Peyronie's Disease.

The lump not being hard is probably good. Fact is had remained about same size for a long while good too. But you REALLY need to see a doctor. Could be recurrent lymphatic obstruction or many minor things but best to get bad stuff ruled out, You should see a doctor annually anyway.
