Pale Looking Glans

A couple of months ago I was in a gym locker room. There was a man nearby who was getting dressed. I noticed his glans was very pale looking, almost white. I wondered why the color didn't look normal, more pink. What is going on with a glans devoid of normal color? It looked nearly dead. Has anyone seen this condition?

No, I don't think so. Pretty sure it wasn't.

Mine is also white. When you never errected there is less blood at the end. So it list his color.

I'm thinking poor circulation too. But when not erect, most everyone's glans isn't white looking ,usually pink.
