I think McCain's camp will hide Palin in the Mid West and South until the election. Much like Bush, she lacks gravitas and an air of the academic, which I guess is the point. :shrug:

At this point, anything would be better than Couric's response of incessant blinking while Palin was bullshittin' throughout the interview.
